Your new company

Your new company is a state government organisation which focusses on environmental, land use and planning initiatives throughout Victoria. Your new planning job will be working in a Central Melbourne office for a highly sought after organisation with a great working reputation. Flexible working hours and working from home are options for this planning job.

Your new role

In this project focussed planning role, you will be given responsibility over improving organisational processes and adjusting planning guidelines for councils and other state government bodies in Victoria. If you consider yourself to be project focussed and enjoy working on large scale urban renewal initiatives, this will be a great job for you.

What you'll need to succeed

As the successful candidate, you will be a qualified town planner (international qualifications will be considered) with suitable rights to work in Australia. You will have extensive experience either with a Victorian Council, State Government organisation or a private sector planning firm and have an excellent understanding of project management.

What you'll get in return

You will earn $50 per hour (higher rates considered for more experience) and you will secure a minimum 4 month contract, with the potential to progress within the organisation. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to develop your career, working with some of the leading planners in the country.
